Helping multilingual organisations
communicate clearly and creatively

Hi, I’m Melina, an independent researcher and developer with a passion towards languages, communication, and higher education. In my work, I help people working in multilingual knowledge organisations communicate better with each other.

These core values drive my work:

  • Communication is always a two-way street: we should aim to become understood but also to understand.
  • Languages and language use have power, but they can also be used to empower people.
  • To keep improving our communication, we constantly need to ask critical questions from ourselves and others.
  • Discrimination is never a justification for more discrimination.

What do I mean by these? Read more about my core values here.

Does your organisation look for opportunities to rethink communication? Please have a look at the workshops I facilitate. I’m also happy to be contacted about other collaboration opportunities regarding higher education research and teaching!
